Message from H.E Eliphas Barine, after Kenya Kenya wins the UNSC Non-Permanent Seat.

Excellencies, it again gives me great pleasure to convey the Government and the people of Kenya’s gratitude for trusting us with your government’s esteemed vote for the non permanent seat of the UNSC.

During the tenure, we will consult, honour and respect the true spirit of multilateralism. We have shared our 10 point agenda that was the basis of our quest. We shall abide to advance the quality of life for all spanning across verticles.

At this point, it is but the beginning of a long journey, and thus, we shall continue to count on each of us to make the world a better place to live in.

As the exercise curtains have shut, permit me to emphasize that there is no looser!
